This coffee embodies everything I love about Pink Bourbon from Huila- bright, vibrant & intensely sweet, while delicate, tea-like & floral. As an espresso, it's a punchy fruit bomb, though balanced with an intense sweetness. Perfect black or with milk!

Las Perlitas means "little pearls" in Spanish and is a group lot from The Coffee Quest of high-quality Pink Bourbon varietal produced by numerous smallholders in the Huila region- lot sizes that would be too small to sell & export alone.
