Aponte was sourced with the intention as a mainstay espresso. Its caramel-like sweetness and vibrant but smooth and integrated acidity caught my attention on the cupping table. Perfect for a daily espresso, but with a twist of sweet, dried fruits and a smooth kick of vibrant acidity.
